If parts need to be replaced or repairs are required for the managed computers, FixSierra will cover the labor costs, while you will be responsible for the cost of the materials needed for the repairs or replacement. All Student laptops will undergo bulk maintenance during scheduled breaks to optimize efficiently and minimize hourly costs.
